OMEGA Engineering Services (OMES) complies to the requirements established by the specification pertaining to the activities of the consulting engineer as fixed by the ministry of l'équipement de l'Habitat et de l'Aménagement du Territoire.

The expertise and competences of its teams cover particularly the following activities:

Preparation steps of a study project: The pre-project summary (A.P.S.) Conceived from ground research and technical drawings in the form of sketches, diagrams, plans including precise arithmetic figures (sections, raisings…), the pre-project summary enables to make the temporary estimation of a given project (functional and financial aspects, range of solutions, dead-line carrying out...).

The detailed pre-project (A.P.D.) In case one of the work solutions is accepted, the detailed pre-project enables to establish the complete reading of the comparative data necessary to the accomplishment of the given project (geological, climatic and metrical indications, constraints report…). All is realized on the basis of in force regulations. Plans and particulars : Detailed technical specifications (S.T.D.) Study of details relating to the task by specifying the choice of the materials and equipments, enumerating the diverse work units used and their quantity, defining the tasks and estimating their cost. Tasks execution plans (P.E.O.) Drawing up of tasks execution plans and functional diagrams accompanied with their nomenclatures and possible technical instructions Consultation files: d’appel d’Offre file (D.A.O) Drawing up, in the frame of the directives of the tasks’s chief manager, of a quantitative and estimating study enabling the enterprises to provide with their offers.
